As a strategic partner backed by Broadcom, we’re growing our VMware capability and looking for experienced VMware Consultants and Architects with strong VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) expertise.

While VCF experience is highly valued, we also support training and certification pathways for strong VMware professionals looking to step into Cloud Foundation.

You’ll work across design, implementation and optimisation of virtualised infrastructure in complex enterprise environments. This is a hands-on role that blends architecture, engineering, and client engagement across meaningful, long-term programs.

We’re hiring across both Architect and Consultant levels. If you can design it, build it and stand behind it, you’ll fit in well here.

What the role looks like

This is a hands-on role across the full lifecycle, not just design work.

• Design and deliver VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) platforms
• Work across vSphere, NSX, vSAN, and SDDC Manager
• Deliver migrations, upgrades, and full platform builds
• Integrate VMware into broader cloud environments
• Automate using PowerCLI, Terraform, Ansible, and Aria
• Contribute to architecture roadmaps and technical direction
• Work within structured engineering frameworks and standards

What you bring

• Experience as a VMware Architect, Consultant, or Senior Engineer
• Strong across vSphere, NSX (NSX-T), vSAN, VMware Cloud
• Practical experience with VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF)
• Comfortable working in complex enterprise environments
• Strong communication with both engineers and stakeholders
• A problem-solving mindset with real-world delivery experience

Clearance

We support multiple programs and flexibility across clearance levels:

• NV1
• NV2
• TSPV

If you’re an Australian Citizen without clearance but have strong VMware experience, we’re still open to a conversation.
